Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the following business day.

We offer shipping at €4,99 for the European region

Tracking Your Order:
For Internacional orders tracking is available and will be provided with the fullfilment of your order.

Delivery Issues:
If you experience any issues with your delivery, such as delays or missing packages, please contact our customer support team at geral@via-go.pt. We will work diligently to resolve any issue quickly.
If the order is returned to the sender or cannot be delivered due to errors or missing information in the address entered by the customer, the order can be resent upon payment of a new shipping fee.

Currently, we only ship to the EU.
